EMTs learned what to expect from Phelps upon our arrival at the ER and what services Phelps has to assist in Stroke Treatment. CEMS is the first EMS agency to host Phelps for this training. We cannot thank James and Linda enough for coming and sharing their wealth of knowledge with us.
